Friends of Beccles Open Air Swimming Pool proudly presented their first Rock ‘n’ Roll dance party at the Public Hall in Beccles on 26th July 2008. The dance featured Mel Stevens and the Strollers, who were fantastic and played a great set. We were also lucky to feature ten members of the Lindy Hop Dance Club “Lindy at the Chicken Junction”, who were brilliant and danced for hours getting everyone on the floor bopping the night away.
