The Association attends a number of shows throughout the year to promote public knowldege of bees and beekeeping. In recent years we have exhibited at market town festivals across North Shropshire, including events in Market Drayton, Ellesmere and Whitchurch.

The Association and many of its members regularly compete in honey shows. The Shrewsbury Flower Show is the highlight of the annual show calendar in the region and our members pick up many prizes in the various classes for their high-quality products. The Association glass display contains over 12kg of honey and other bee products and is a real focal point.

We also hold our own Association Honey Show each year where inexperienced members can get advice and guidance on improving standards of presentation and staging of their products in an informal and friendly context.
